Our specialty, the Shima Kurobuta Agu pork, is a native Ryukyu breed that is unique to Okinawa and is one of the world's three great black pigs.

"Shimakuru" Agu Island Black Pig is very small in size, has a lot of fat, and has a meat texture with a moderate amount of red meat.

The "umami" flavor found in the fat.

It contains vitamin B1 and collagen, which is good for beauty.It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which have beneficial health benefits such as lowering cholesterol and thinning the blood.

The meat of the Shimane Kurobuta Aguu pig contains 2.5 times the umami components glutamic acid and amino acids compared to regular pork.

It has only a quarter of the cholesterol.
