With your reservation.

When making a reservation, you can specify your seat.

If unfortunately the seat has already been reserved, please choose another seat.

For seating arrangements with limited capacity, children under 12 years old are not included in the number of people allowed.

Please note that guests aged 13 and over are included in the number of guests.

Upon arrival, customers will be required to wear a wristband.

Substitution of customers is prohibited.

As this is an outdoor activity, there is a chance that there may be mosquitoes and other insects, so please bring insect repellent spray.

Other notes:

Customers who bring their own drinks will be charged an additional 2,000 yen (tax included) per person.

If you would like to enjoy fireworks, please contact us in advance.

Please refrain from using fireworks that produce loud noises.

Chairs, tables, gas stoves, charcoal, etc. are not permitted to be brought into the venue.

When the time is up, please leave the store with all your belongings and trash cleared.

As for your equipment, we will put it away, so you can leave it there.

Please note that additional charges will be incurred if you exceed the scheduled time.

Closure due to weather conditions.

If we determine that it is difficult to ensure the safety of our customers in the event of bad weather such as typhoons, strong winds, or heavy rain, or when various weather advisories or warnings are issued, we may close the facility even during business hours and ask you to leave for your safety.

Please note that in this case, we will not refund any usage fees that have already been received.

In case of rainy weather.

Rain may get into the audience seats.

In this case, we will install a seat cover to prevent rain from entering for an additional 3,000 yen.

Customer precautions regarding ingredients.

Any food items you bring with you must be kept in ice packs at all times.

Please be careful not to leave raw meat outside, especially in the summer.

Please consume food as soon as possible.

Taking home any leftover ingredients on the day can be dangerous depending on how cold the ingredients have been kept by previous customers.

As a general rule, please refrain from eating this product due to the risk of food poisoning.

Please note that the facility cannot take any responsibility.

Please make sure to cook the food thoroughly before eating.

When grilling food, be sure to use cooking tongs.

The safest thing to do is not to prepare food with chopsticks that will be put directly into your mouth.
