The three great pigs in the world are said to be the Iberian pig from Spain, the Jinhua pig from China, and the Agu pig from Okinawa.Enjoy the true deliciousness of 100% all-black Agu pork, a precious native Okinawan breed.The owner will demonstrate how to cook the food so that it tastes delicious.

Our specialty black pig Agu is 100% pure Agu, a native Ryukyu Island black pig that is counted as one of the world's three great black pigs.

This is a very rare Ryukyu native species that Okinawa is proud of.

"Agu Island Black Pig" is a native breed of pig that has existed in Okinawa for a long time and is a very precious pig.

The Agu Island Black Pig is very small, has a lot of fat, and has a meat texture with a moderate amount of red meat.

As a result, the meat has a nice marbling.

Aguu is a rare and highly valued island black pig that is said to have been presented to Nakijin Castle (also known as Kitayama Castle).

The owner will demonstrate his "secret" way of cooking food to make it delicious.

We also pay special attention to the thickness of the Agu pork.

Almost everyone drinks it all up and asks for seconds, as the special homemade broth brings out the savory, sweet, and delicious flavor of the Agu pork in a truly special way.
