Course menu
The distinctive feature of Okinawan Wagyu beef is that it is raised in Okinawa's natural environment, where it is less cold in the winter and is blessed with mineral-rich soil carried by the sunlight and sea breezes.
"Uchinamun" Wagyu beef is born and raised in Okinawa Prefecture by local cattle farmers (called "ushikaraya" in the Okinawa dialect), who take the time and love to raise the cattle healthily.
Quality control is thorough, and production history, production environment, and hygiene management are also thoroughly implemented to improve the meat texture and color.
Our homemade soup stock is made from 10 different ingredients.
It's so delicious that almost everyone drinks it all up and asks for seconds.
The Okinawan Wagyu beef we use is not tainted with scum like regular beef shabu-shabu, so you can enjoy the sweetness and umami of the Okinawan Wagyu beef while still enjoying the deliciousness of our homemade broth.
