The Shima Kurobuta (black pig) Agu pork used in our restaurant is a native Ryukyu breed that Okinawa is proud of and is one of the world's three great black pigs.

The Agu Island Black Pig is very small, has a lot of fat, and has a meat quality with a moderate amount of red meat.

It contains the umami flavor of fat, vitamin B1, and collagen, making it good for your beauty.

It also has beneficial health benefits, such as lowering cholesterol and thinning the blood.

The meat of the Agu Island Black Pig contains 3.5 times more umami components, glutamic acid and amino acids, than regular pork.

It has only one-fourth the cholesterol.
